Accounts Assistant/Administrator 
Our client, a well-known Australian consumer goods producer is seeking an Accounts Assistant/Administrator.  You will join the team initially on a permanent part time basis (Wed-Fri) and may potentially move to full time role in late 2020.  Based on Brisbane's Southside this is an opportunity to be part of recognised brand and a dedicated and passionate team.

The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities include:
·      Accounts payable support
·      Assisting accounts receivable (including daily receipting and generating invoices)
·      Inputting sales orders
·      Payroll support 
·      Providing great customer service
·      General administrative duties including filing

About You
·      Previous experience across both accounts payable and receivable functions
·      Demonstrated experience with a payroll 50+ employees
·      Organised with strong administration and time management skills
·      Accurate data entry, analytical and strong problem-solving abilities
·      A team player, who enjoys and will provide a high level of customer service
·      Competency in MS Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook
·      ERP Systems knowledge in Pronto, MYOB or similar
·      Experience working in a FMCG is desirable
