This global business, employing thousands across the globe have a rare opportunity for an Accounts/AP Officer to join their finance team on a part-time basis, three days per week.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include;
- Data entry and managing the AP Inbox
- Matching Purchase orders and managing the approval process
- Processing payments
- Banking, receipting and allocating payments
- Bank reconciliations
The successful candidate will have/be;
- A team player with a positive attitude
- A strong attention to detail
- All round accounting and admin skills
