HR Administrator

The Role

To ensure that they continue to maintain and build on their success, they are currently seeking a HR Administrator to support the human resource department in the administration of the employment life cycle. 

The Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact in responding to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests and provide relevant assistance
  • Scheduling meetings, HR events and maintain the team's agenda for business stakeholder and senior HRBP
  • Escalating difficult situations in the business unit and work with the HR BPS's on training managers in employee relations/industrial relations
  • Overseeing HR administration in the business unit 
  • Assisting manager's with the day to day implementation of the core employee life cycle activities
  • Supporting managers in new employee induction and finalisation of departing employees
  • Developing, interpreting and evaluating human resources operation guidelines and policies
  • Investigating, researching and preparing brief notes or reports on new policies
  • Providing administration support and diary management for the HR Director

Your Experience
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in a HR Generalist position
  • Previous experience in (or exposure to) working within a global organisation
  • Experience with Workday is highly desirable
  • Experience with Org Plus is desirable
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent administration skills with particularly high attention to detail
  • Strong project management, time management, and leadership skills
  • Able to interpret employment legislation, policies and agreements
