The Company

Join this leading Medical Insurance company, as a customer service consultant to help manage the inbound calls from members. Being the first point of contact for the customers is a crucial role within the business and detailed training is provided to ensure you can be the best at what you do.  

The Role
  • Be the key person in our relationship with members and your will spend their day servicing our members
  • Manage our inbound call volume, keeping the member in mind at all times
  • Process our members' insurance estimates and amendments
  • Be actively engaged with our members to provide them with accurate and timely information on products/services
  • Have availability to work with a rotating roster between the hours 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday

  •  A people person who communicates well, especially over the phone

  • Energised to thrive in a fast paced, fun and supportive team environment
  • Strong with your administrative competencies with high computer literacy in Microsoft suite
