Due to recent promotion this highly successful accounting business is looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to join their growing team.

Reporting to the Company Directors you will be responsible for
  • Answering all inbound calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Calendar and catering management for meeting rooms
  • Word processing for client correspondence
  • Daily banking
  • Maintain kitchen, bathroom and office cleanliness and stock
  • Administration support for team upon request

To be successful in this position you will have
  • Previous Reception/Administration experience
  • Professional presentation and communication
  • Proficient use of MS Office package
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
