An opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join their Disputes team supporting a Partner and her team.

The Partner who is the Practice Group Leader of the Disputes team has been a specialist in this field for over twenty years and has won awards for her work in Franchising.

Duties of this Executive Assistant position will include (but are not limited to):
  • Managing files (hard copy and electronic)
  • Diary management
  • Complying with client reporting requirements
  • Monitoring emails and taking calls
  • Extensive travel arrangements
  • Assisting in maintaining client databases
  • Drafting correspondence, document preparation and amendments
  • Reconciling corporate AMEX expenses
  • Monthly billing
  • Co-ordinating internal and external meetings
  • Document management

We are seeking an Executive Assistant who has proven experience providing EA/ high level administrative support in a Disputes team and seeking a fantastic career development opportunity.

You must have a high level of attention to detail, be a confident communicator and be advanced at MS Office.

Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills are also a must in this position, as its imperative you are able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

To have the ability to work autonomously and be confident in thinking ahead of what's needed for the practice is also advantageous.
