A new opportunity with a globally recognised company has come about working within a team to manage renewals for software system packages. This is a temporary assignment with an immediate start.

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Contacting existing clients via phone to renew their subscriptions to software packages
  • Use of salesforce to track contact with clients and businesses and ensure follow up where necessary
  • Formatting paperwork and attaching purchase orders
  • Maintaining client satisfaction and upmost professionalism throughout the entire process
What you bring to the role:
  • Previous experience using salesforce is essential
  • Previous phone based experience either within sales, customer service or account management
  • Great levels of attention to detail with a process driven and organised approach to administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage your clients
