Reporting to the Executive team, your main focus will to develop and implement strategy but still be hands on driving and managing the full employee lifecycle while working closely with managers to develop and deliver leadership training to drive productivity and efficiency across all areas of the business but help drive engagement and retention of employees.
- Previous HR Management experience gained in blue- & white-collar environments
- Proven track record in being hands on and managing the end to end employee life-cycle
- Experienced in recruitment - talent pool development and management
- ER / IR experience gained within a blue- & white-collar environment
- Strategy development and implementation
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills
- Global organisation where you will be supporting and working with multiple sites
- Progressive and innovative organisation
