The Role

To start on the 4th March this is a Legal Receptionist / Administrator role is looking for candidate to start on a temporary basis and initially work for 4 weeks with the potential to extend. The role will be a front of house position which will include a variety of administrative duties.

Your main responsibilities will be:

·       Answering and redirecting incoming calls
·       Handling couriers and mail
·       Greeting clients upon arrival
·       Filing, scanning and archiving documents both digital and paper based
·       Ad Hoc administrative tasks

About you

To be considered for this position you must have a proven skill set in a Corporate Receptionist position, ideally within the legal industry.

You will also need:

·       Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
·       Immaculate presentation
·       The ability to prioritise tasks
·       Great organizational skills
·       Strong admin and process driven skills
·       Immediately available to start work
