The Role

In your role as Customer Service Specialist you will;

·        Handle customers over the phone with enquiries and any other issues
·        Provide reactive communications via multiple channels such as phone, email, live chat and social media
·        Meet individual and team KPIs
·        Keep up to date with the administration for the team


Key Requirements

To be considered for this role you will have;

·        Prior experience within customer service or administration
·        Excellent communication skills
·        High attention to detail
·        Ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
·        Exposure to a CRM platform
