We are currently recruiting for a large Australian law firm who are seeking a corporate receptionist to join their team.

This well-known firm have offices across the country and are dedicated to providing exceptional service to their clients. Their expertise includes Commercial Litigation, Property, Competition, Tax and Wills & Estates.


They are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join them on a full time, permanent basis.The working hours are 9.30am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.

This is a front of house position and suited to someone who is keen to take on the responsibility of all aspects to the role and make it their own. Your key responsibilities will include (but not always limited to):

·       Meeting and greeting guests upon arrival;
·       Ensuring meeting rooms and reception area is kept clean and tidy;
·       Monitor inventory of stationary;
·       Report all security incidents occurring on a security incident report;
·       Couriers, mail and fax services; and
·       Ad hoc administrative and secretarial support.


To be successful, you will have a proven reception experience within a law firm or professional services and have a positive, proactive attitude to work.

You will take pride in your presentation and possess a strong communication skill set.

You will have a proactive approach to your work with the ability to interact effectively with all levels and the ability to work independently.
