The Company:

This national not for profit company focuses on programs and initiatives to improve the lives of everyday Australians. Collaborating with external organisations across the states and territories, they raise awareness and provide resources to suffering individuals and groups. An opportunity has now become available for an Office Assistant to support their team of seven.


The Role:

Reporting to the CEO, you will:

* Be the first point of contact for all enquiries
* Provide exceptional customer service & maintain the office
* Email management and drafting of correspondence
* Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Book meetings and coordinate travel
* Support the CEO for any administrative support
* Provide ad-hoc support to the wider team


Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will have:

* Previous experience in administration
* Strong communication & literacy skills
* The ability to work autonomously and self-monitor
* Be detail orientated 
* Be technically savvy, experience with Publisher is desired
