An opportunity exists for a Client Services Manager to join the team in a newly created role.
Supporting a team of 8 and the Team Manager you will;
- Daily admin and document maintenance of clients profiles, using Salesforce
- Working closely with the onboarding specialists in a supportive function
- Follow up on administration of new client payments
- Managing accounts and receiving and organising account correspondence
- Administration experience or experience working in an administrative function
- Experience with using Salesforce or a similar CRM system essential
- Adaptable and able to work fast and effectively
- Willingness to learn and develop in a growing industry
- To $50,00 + super
