The Company

An opportunity exists for a Client Services Manager to join the team in a newly created role.

The Role

Supporting a team of 8 and the Team Manager you will;
  • Daily admin and document maintenance of clients profiles, using Salesforce
  • Working closely with the onboarding specialists in a supportive function
  • Follow up on administration of new client payments
  • Managing accounts and receiving and organising account correspondence

Experience
  • Administration experience or experience working in an administrative function
  • Experience with using Salesforce or a similar CRM system essential
  • Adaptable and able to work fast and effectively
  • Willingness to learn and develop in a growing industry
