This luxury retailer based in Melbourne's CBD looking for a temporary Executive Assistant to join their tight knit team. In this 2 month role your primary focus will be to help the Head of Operations and HR on a daily basis.
About the Role:
- Assisting the Department Head and providing administrative support to the extended team
- Mail and diary management
- Travel and training coordination
- Budget reporting
- At least 3 years' of experience within an Executive Assistant Role
- Proven experience in supporting a team within administration
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and Outlook
- Confident in liaising with key stakeholders
- Work within a large and recognized organization

Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant.
