As the Team Assistant you will be essential for the operation of a friendly customer focused office as well as being responsible for maintaining the environment and assist with a variety of tasks for the wider team of 20 people.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work autonomously to manage and support a growing office
- Maintain kitchen and office supplies
- Ensure conference rooms are kept clean and presentable
- Be a key part of company culture and assist with organising internal and external events
- Help ensure the smooth running of the Melbourne office by remotely planning office events and assist with projects when required.
