Reporting to the General Manager of Leads and Sales Support, you will lead a team of two Marketing Coordinators, and take responsibility for leading a multi-channel marketing strategy that delivers quality leads to the business. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, automation, and analytics, your team will provide marketing support to the diverse branch network. This is a de-centralised business that thrives on an entrepreneurial spirit, and you will align to this approach, whist bringing analytical skills to enable evidence-based decisions.

- Proven high level management skills with the proven experience of improving digital marketing performance with measurable results
- Strong knowledge and experience with process automation and digitalization, SEO and all social media platforms
- Prior experience implementing and/or enhancing CRM would be highly regarded
- An understanding of the services industry and ideally in both B2B and B2C marketing
