About the Role:

As a Legal Secretary, your main duties will include but not limited to:
  • Liaising with clients
  • Matter management
  • Preparation of court documents and briefs to counsel
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Drafting, reviewing and preparing correspondence
  • Diary and email management 
  • Monthly billing and reporting
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Answering phone calls and redirecting queries as needed
Skills & Experience we are looking for:
  • Certificate or Diploma in Administration or Legal Services (highly desirable)
  • Ability to apply a range of technology skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent judgement and use of initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure and be able to prioritise urgency of work
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional presentation
