About the Role

Initially a two to three-month temporary role, there is the strong possibility for the role to become permanent. Over time, and in line with the company's expansion, the role is likely to evolve from being an Administration Assistant to a true Office Manager. You will be supporting three teams - finance, sales and delivery. This is a varied role where you are likely to be tasked with a wide range of administrative tasks. These will range from finance reconciliations and assisting with payroll through to booking appointments and diary management to assisting the development (delivery) team with new projects.


 About You

You will be an experienced Administration Assistant with the ability to take a permanent position in Australia. You will be someone who can turn your hand to anything. You will be good with numbers, have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
