Our client, one of Asia's leading retail group of luxury brand watches are looking for an Administration Assistant to join their close knit team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is seeking to develop their corporate administration skills. 

Responsibilities include:
 
  • Stock handling- ordering, receiving and processing of stock
  • Dealing with invoices, deposit notes, credit notes and PO's
  • Creating new prospects and clients
  • Cash handling- daily balancing of petty cash and change box
  • Checking, printing and tagging of stock with correct prices
  • Ensure security of stock at all times
  • Ensure everyone has keys,passes and ensure radios are in good working condition
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
Requirements for this role:
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong initiative with the ability to work autonomously
  • High levels of enthusiasm and motivation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The perfect candidate will have to be flexible with working hours. Weekend work is mandatory in this role.
