THE FIRM

With offices located around the world, the Sydney CBD Office is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join their close-knit team! This top-tier law firm are well established and highly regarded in the Legal Industry.

THE ROLE

This position is a varied role, assisting with a dual reception desk as well as helping with food and beverage. The working hours at 9:30 am to 6:00 pm and your duties include:
  • Meeting room management
  • Directing phone calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Set up of conferences to national and global offices
  • Assisting food and beverage team
ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Legal Industry or Professional Services
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A can-do approach to all tasks
  • Immaculate presentation
