A reputable company based in Penrose is currently seeking a temporary Employment Relations Coordinator/ Advisor to join their team for a 6 - 7-week period. They are looking for someone for an ASAP start - for a handover period.

About the role
The internal ER Coordinator is taking extended leave and the HR manager is looking for a helping hand with their ER project:
  • Admin and coordination for ER procedures
  • Assessing the information from the Audit
  • Assisting in the HR space across other areas where needed
What are they looking for?
The HR manager is looking for someone who has a positive outlook and is a breath of fresh air for the team!
  • Basic experience with ER related matters
  • An understanding of Payroll processes and legislations
  • Willing to get stuck into tasks no matter how big or small
  • Exposure to different areas of HR will be a bonus!
