Your days will be busy and will see you making a valuable contribution to assist the firm's high performing fee earners. Responsibilities will include:
- Filing, photocopying and scanning
- Coordination of travel arrangements
- Preparing documents and letters
- Opening files
- Liaising with clients
- Booking meeting rooms
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Experience working in administration for either a law firm, accounting or consulting firm
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Word skills
- Proven ability to work on multiple priorities
