As a Legal Receptionist, the role is varied and includes a range of administrative duties that include:
  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Organising the booking of meeting rooms
  • Manage all incoming calls to business
  • Attending to email, fax and incoming mail
  • Filing, photocopying and scanning
  • Assisting with overflow typing
  • Courier management
  • Maintaining stationery orders

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Demonstrated Legal Reception experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage a busy workload
