Reporting directly to the Sales Manager but working within a high performing sales team, you will be responsible for assisting with sourcing & preparing bid content, updating and generating reports, creating of sales collateral and tools and general admin support. Assisting with project coordination and following up on information required and updating the team on progress.
- Previous experience working within a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High level of communication / interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to influence
- Computer literate and quick to pick up new systems
- Exposure to marketing / social / design is advantageous
- Based in the Western Suburbs - with free onsite parking
