The Company

The Role

Supporting four senior executives and their teams, your day to day responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
  • Diary management to set up meetings for executives and prepare any documents and presentations
  • Assist with presentation creation for internal and external events
  • Manage the client database
  • Plan and coordinate corporate functions
  • Management travel details for overseas visitors and team members 

Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience within Executive Assistant/Executive Support positions
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience working in a client-focused environment with strong communication
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously
  • An agile and proactive approach to work
