- Responding to posts and private messages that comes through social media channels
- Utilising current on-line capabilities
- Monitoring traffic of comments and posts that comes through campaigns and ads
- Escalating cases where relevant
- Addressing any department related concerns
- Liaising with other divisions concerned to ensure customer inquiry is responded in full
- Great personal use and understanding of social media platforms
- Strong vocabulary and grammar
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organisational skills
- A team player attitude
