This newly created role will support the comany member's request for an online Chat Support. You will analyse chat/call transcripts and provide direction on scenarios to create/amend to curators overseas.
- Analysing chat/call transcripts
- Providing direction on scenarios to create/amend to curators overseas
- Liaising with technical team for content accuracy
- Providing Australian language / human touch guidance
- Performing quality checks on created contents
- Managing curator's SLA/KPIs
- Outstanding written communication skills is essential
- Previous experience managing chatbot function is an advantage
- Excellent time and deadline management skills is essential
- Understanding of technical aspects (mobiles, tablets and wearables)
- Intermediate levels of project management skills
