People2People are currently recruiting Customer Service Representatives for contract based positions within various NSW Government departments based within Inner West and Western Sydney.

If you are an experienced Customer Service Representative, have an excellent phone manner, Well presented, ability to problem solve and are ready to hit the ground running, then this could be the ideal next step in your career!

The role may include but are not limited to:
  • Inbound/outbound calls and logging calls accordingly within a CRM
  • Identifying the needs and building rapport with clientele
  • Database maintenance and Data Entry
  • Liaising with internal and external stake holders
  • Participating in team meetings
  • Problem solving
  • Meeting daily / Weekly / Monthly targets
Successful Candidates must possess the following:
  • Proven Customer Service
  • Professionally presented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Intermediate MS office skills
  • Non restricted work rights
  • Ability to work autonomously
