Payroll Officer - Part- Time (3 or 4 days/week)

The role

This is a project work starting in the new year for at least the next 6 months to assist the team while payroll is being brought back in house. You will be assisting a team of 3 led by a knowledgeable, well-organised and supportive manager.
The main focus of this role is to ensure the effective and accurate transfer of all the data from the outsourced payroll system to the in house one. You will be working on various weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls through ADP for Australia and New Zealand and will be involved in other aspects such as superannuation, leave calculations, new starters and terminations, payroll tax...

The ideal candidate

In order to be successful in this position, you will demonstrate the following attributes:
  • Experience in an end to end payroll position
  • ADP experience would be perfect but Chris21, SAP or Preceda would be considered as well
  • Ability to start early January and commit for the 6 month contract
  • Strong communication skills
