Responsibilities can include:
  • Organise and set up meeting rooms
  • Greet visitors and welcome them into the business
  • Supporting a team with general administration tasks
  • Assist with expenses and reconciliations
  • Maintaining the office to a high standard or cleanliness


Skills and experience:
  • Experience in a reception or office administrational role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Exceptional organisation skills and ability to multitask
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Must be able to work autonomously and collaboratively
