THE ROLE

As a Legal Assistant, you would be supporting 2 Paralegals and your main duties would include (but are not limited to):
  • Diary management;
  • Answering phones and client enquiries; 
  • Editing and formatting documents;
  • Organising meetings and functions;
  • Assisting with billing. 

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Property Law. 

You will also:
  • Have previous billing experience; 
  • Have strong IT skills;
  • Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; and
  • Have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
