Working in an established team of Talent Acquisitions Specialist you will be working on a volume-based recruitment project covering a diverse range of roles within the national organisation. Previous experience working Hiring Managers to understand the requirement and then identify, attract and deliver the best quality talent solutions.
- Previous Recruitment Experience - internal / agency background with a proven track record in sourcing talent for both white & blue collar roles.
- Proven track record in creatively building talent pipelines
- Organisational / time management skills to be successful in a high volume, fast paced recruitment environment
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to audience and situation.
- Computer literate
- 4-month assignment based in the Brisbane CBD
