An opportunity has presented, due to another exciting period of growth, for an experienced Internal Recruiter to be the first point of contact for the HR team and managing the daily HR/ER requests and managing the administration round the employee lifecycle. The company is based in the ultra-modern offices in Western Sydney and is surrounded by café's, shops and easy access to public transport.

The Role:

This role is for an immediate start and the responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:

·        Building strong partnerships with line mangers to provide support and advise around a range of matters including performance management procedures
·        Provide support to the managers in the implementation of the employee lifecycle activities
·        Be the first point of contact providing advise to internal and external HR related maters
·        Providing support with new employee inductions and administration around departing employee
·        Monitoring and maintaining on-boarding and probation timeframe reviews
·        Administration management of organisational charts, meeting agenda and other associated duties as directed

To be considered for this role you will:

·        Previous experience as a HR Generalist or Advisor in a large, multinational organisation
·        Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a relevant field
·        Proven strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
·        Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
·        Advanced PowerPoint and Word skills
·        Self-driven with excellent time management and task prioritisation skills
