THE ROLE

This unique position will see you working closely with management and completing all Office Managerial tasks. Your duties will include:
  • Managing billing cycle
  • Monitoring budgeting and reporting
  • Liaising with Bookkeeper/Payroll Officer
  • Review and implement IT policies
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies
  • Implement staff performance and development reviews
  • Liaise with Directors to arrange recruitment and staff organisation
  • Manage website
  • Event management
  • Office administration
ABOUT YOU

Having already worked in the legal industry, you will have Office Manager experience with a sound understanding of the billing processes. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to handle a large workload and manage conflicting priorities. Along with this, you will also possess the following characteristics: 
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative
  • ​​​​​​Exceptional organisational skills 
  • A confident and driven personality
  • Professional presentation
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • High attention to detail
