Reporting to the General Manager you will;
- Identifying potential sales opportunities to grow business by providing a consultation to IT decision makers
- Following up from leads and referrals
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Research and gather information, provide referrals
- Previous B2B sales experience within a call centre or customer service
- Be able to demonstrate your knowledge of IT storage, servers or security software
- Experience with identifying potential leads and information
- The ability to be resilient and meet KPI's
- Exceptional communication skills
