An exciting opportunity is now available for a Team Assistant to support the Human Resources Manager and Administrative Managers.
Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing appointments and assisting with meeting preparation;
- Responding to practice group issues and inquiries;
- Assisting with the recruitment of new staff, as well as coordinating the graduate and vacation clerk programs;
- Coordinating paralegal workflow;
- Managing the practice group calendar and organising leave cover.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role or in legal support. You will demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality in your work with the ability to build strong relationships.
You will have a professional outlook with strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. On a personal level, you will take pride in your work and go above and beyond to contribute to the success of the firm.
