- You will work as part of the busy sales team to qualify leads from all sources and then assign the lead to the appropriate sales channel/salesperson
- Manage a volume of outbound calls to ensure prompt handling, qualification, and assignment of incoming leads and entry into the Lead Management system
- Provision of timely, accurate and relevant reporting for sales channels and marketing on lead management.
In order to be suitable for the role you will:
- Have experience in lead generation and the confidence to get started asap.
- Have previous experience in a telephone-based sales/lead generation role
- Possess excellent client communication skills and a strong telephone manner
- Be able to demonstrate a high degree of personal motivation and energy and commitment to achieve goals/targets.
- Be proficient in working with Microsoft Packages (Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
Previous experience working with a technology company will be highly regarded but is NOT essential.
