Seeking a corporate receptionist for one of Australia's leading property companies. The company is a household name, being synonymous with property, real estate, home loans, mortgages and insurance.

The Role:

Being the first point of contact for all visitors and staff, you will be responsible for:
  • Answering enquiries via phone and email
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are booked correctly and set up
  • Logging and distributing incoming mail, and ensuring outgoing mail is sent on time
  • Ordering of stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Ad hoc administration duties to the wider team

Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous reception experience in a corporate environment, and a stable working history
  • Experience with mentoring and training others
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to prioritise effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
