We're looking for a customer service officer who is customer focused and has a "first fix' ethos. 

The Role:

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, your duties will be but not limited to:

-         Manage incoming calls and customer visits
-         Overall reception maintenance
-         Processing housing applications on Pathways and processing rent payments
-         Review rent enquiries and maintenance and repairs enquiries
-         Update tenant details
-         Daily banking and ordering stock levels of forms and brochures for tenants

Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role you will:

-         Previous experience working in a customer service/administrative role.
-         Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to proactively identify your Managers needs
-         A flexible and adaptable working style, and the ability to work quickly and across multiple deadlines
