A boutique specialist commercial law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Clerk to join their team due to the practice thriving.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced Lawyers in the Conveyancing sector.
As a Conveyancing Clerk, you will work closely with two reputable Lawyers assisting on mostly residential sales and purchases, however, there is a reasonable amount of commercial work as well as some smaller-scale off the plan sales work.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Assist with the conduct of files, as directed by Conveyancers;
- Creating, preparing and amending documents and correspondence;
- Maintaining company and client confidentiality;
- Liaising with stakeholders and third parties; and
- Assisting with any general administration required by the team.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Conveyancing Clerk in a reputable firm and some experience of a practice management system is preferable.
On a personal level, you must have a high level of attention to detail, be a team player and have strong organisation and time-management skills. Due to this firm having a down to earth and outgoing team, someone who is friendly, warm and has a sense of humour will fit in very well.
