In this role you will be directly reporting to the Team Leader while assisting the team unit on:
- Guide customers in distress and to provide solutions over the phone.
- Handle and resolve high volume inbound customer enquiries in a fast-paced contact centre environment
- Triage tasks, refer and escalate complex calls when appropriate
- Achieve call handling and closure rate
- Input data and maintain up to date records management
To be eligible for this role you must have:
- Strong experience in Call/ Contact centre environment
- Ability to handle customers in distress
- Previous experience in handling high volume inbound & outbound calls
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
