Our client is a national wholesale distribution company that has been established since 1920. This progressive company is looking to employ an energetic Customer Service Team Leader into their South-Eastern branch.

The role:
This position calls for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to provide support to the organisation where you will regularly be interacting with those responsible for managing the marketing activity, accounting and information systems.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conducting outbound calls to existing accounts as well as face to face queries
  • Assisting customers with their enquiries and meeting their requirements for prompt dispatch, accurate invoicing and assurance of delivery
  • Liaise with interstate branches to send and receive stock as required
  • Stock purchasing and general administrative duties
  • Supervising a small team of two Customer Service Officers
About you:
  • Experience in customer service/ administrative roles
  • Team Leader experience managing a small team
  • Experience making regular outbound calls
