people2people are collaborating with the NSW Government who are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer on an 6 month assignment located on the North shore


In this role you will be directly reporting to the Team Leader while assisting the team unit on:
  • Handle and resolve high volume inbound customer enquiries in a fast-paced contact centre environment
  • Triage inquiries, complaints, refer and escalate complex calls when appropriate
  • Organise , maintain and Input data into records management software


To be eligible for this role you must have:
  • Strong experience in Call/ Contact centre environment
  • Previous experience in handling high volume inbound & outbound calls
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
