THE FIRM

This highly regarded Global Law Firm is seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join their Sydney office. Based within stunning offices, they are situated within the heart of the CBD close to public transport and shops.

THE ROLE

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming telephone calls
  • Assist setting up and management of meeting rooms
  • Manage incoming faxes
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintenance and inventory of kitchen area
  • Assist admin team when required
ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need;
  • Proven experience in a similar role in a Law Firm 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team and provide a high level of customer service
  • Sound Microsoft Office Suite skills
