The Role:

You will be responsible for providing high level Executive Assistant Support to Partners and Principals as well as providing direction, guidance, and support to the Melbourne Office Admin team. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

·       Proactively managing diaries and travel arrangements
·       Reconciling and submitting online expenses
·       Liaising with external stakeholders to arrange meetings and events
·       Monitoring phones and mailboxes as agreed and proactively dealing with queries
·       Build collaborative relationships with clients and client EAs and colleagues at all levels
·       Monitor Admin Team performance and work with Administration Manager to identify coaching or training needs and recognise outstanding performance

About you:

·       Extensive experience as an EA or PA - must have experience in professional services or legal
·       Proficient with Microsoft Office software packages
·       Must be highly experienced with international travel
·       Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with multiple conflicting priorities
·       Experience in managing others - providing direction, managing workload, training and coaching
·       Demonstrated success and experience in building and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
·       Highly developed organisational and planning skills and attention to detail
·       Proven ability to self-manage workflow and demonstrate initiative
·       Proactive in recognising and anticipating needs of the workgroup
