The Company :

People2people are proud to have partnered with a prestigious business who have worked with some of Australia's most exclusive property developers and have supported some of the State's most prominent project launches. Now, with another prestigious launch pending, they are seeking a Corporate Receptionist/Concierge to meet and greet their clients in a warm and professional manner.


The Role :

As the 'face of the organisation' your role is to warmly greet all clients and make them feel welcome. Some of the key aspects will be however won't be limited to the following:

·        Meeting and greeting clients
·        Assisting with the electronic sign in
·        Ordering tea and coffee from the onsite barrister on behalf of the client
·        Ensuring the showroom is always immaculate
·        Advising the sales team of their client's arrival
·        Ensuring a positive experience for the client 


The Candidate :

·        Immaculate presentation
·        Warm and friendly demeanour and can build rapport quickly
·        Able to commit to a Wednesday to Sunday working week
