In this role you will be the first point of contact for all incoming phone calls and emails. You'll be friendly, professional & efficient, with a high use of initiative, and a natural curiosity towards learning and build good relationships with existing stakeholders and internal staffs.

As a switched on experienced Accounts Administrator with a high level of attention to detail you'll be self-sufficient, and be able to hit the ground running. With at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, you will be confident with processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable records, ensuring all month end data is compiled in a timely fashion. Experience using ERP (or similar) is essential, as is a solid understanding of back office management.
