The Company

An opportunity exists for a Client Services Manager to join the team in a newly created role.

The Role

With a focus on retention and growth you will be responsible for the strategic and day to day operational direction of the client services business unit. Specifically, you will:

·        Lead, coach and develop the team of client service representatives
·        Work closely with the COO to create and implement effective sales processes
·        Identify new business and capture growth opportunities
·        Provide solutions and be a point of escalation for any complex business problems
·        Foster collaboration across the client service team and other business units
·        Contribute to a motivating and inspiring culture

Key Requirements

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in a sales and client service leader capacity with exceptional relationship skills. You will have proven experience building and creating a sales team whilst establishing a driven, passionate and motivating team environment. Your analytical skills and ability to design and execute key strategies based on data and previous performance will not go unnoticed. Finally, experience with CRMs including Salesforce will be advantageous.
