The Job
In this full time- permanent role, your flexibility will see you mainly in a legal secretary/clerk role but also covering on reception, in the mailroom and even in the finance department. In this role, there will be plenty of variety and opportunity to "wear many different hats."

Responsibilities
-       Preparation of correspondence (reviewing, typing & dictation)
-       Billing, Filing (electronically) & Scanning
-       Diary Management and other ad hoc duties
-       Liasion with clients and other external parties

About You
-       An adaptable Legal Secretary
-       Interest in working across various areas of law
-       Can do attitude
-       Exceptional attention to detail
-       Previous experience- at least 3 years preferred
