The key areas this role will cover are (but not limited too);
  • Reception
  • Visitor parking and validation
  • Building
  • Booking meeting rooms and catering
  • General administrative task; data entry filing, binding, raising purchase orders
  • Travel and accommodation booking
To be a success in this role you will need;
  • Reception/Admin experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to think on your feet and problem solve
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills
  • A great multi-tasker
  • A positive friendly manner
